Jan 06, 2011 · Use a course tooth carbide tip blade, works good for me. A fine tooth blade will melt plastic. Go slow on the high denisty stuff (HDPE). I used a course blade on polypro too. I don't remember the make of the blade when I worked building large plastic tanks, sorry! I used HDPE for wear plates on machines, after the break in, these will last forever.
