Jan 29, 2016 · In 1991 Stanley negotiated a a joint venture agreement creating Stanley Tools Poland Ltd, for the manufacturing of carpenters tools. The new plant in Krakow, was the first for Stanley in Eastern Europe. Between 2005-7 Stanley discontinued production of these Yankee tools and sent the tooling to Stanley Works, Japan.
